Hullmark Homes, Inc. tests each home after insulating and before drywalling. Using Blower Door and Infared Technology, weak points in the insulation are found and repaired. Third party testing and certification assure the performance of your new home or addition/remodel. This certification is by the Dept. of Energy - Energy Star Program, Green Built Michigan, and the National Association of Home Builders Green Program.

After graduating from Huntington College with a Business degree, Bruce Hull returned to Grand Rapids and worked with his father, Bernie Hull, building custom homes in the area. Together they have participated in the Parade of Homes since 1973!

We are happy to check out a building site with you. We can develop a plan to fit your lifestyle or "fine tune" one you already have. Bruce schedules the sub-contractors and material deliveries for each home. He regularly checks each job site to ensure work is proceeding properly and on schedule. Most of his subs and suppliers have worked with him for more than a decade, some more than 30 years. Their craftsmanship and loyalty are key components in producing a quality home.
